			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Per fer el caldo, tal i com jo el faig cal (Surt 1 litre):<br />
1) La meitat d&#8217;un paquet dels combinats que venen a les fruiteries per fer caldo. ^_^ (Per 1 euro en tens un)<br />
2) 1 patata<br />
3) 1/2 ceba<br />
4) 1 ala de pollastre<br />
5) 1 litre i 1/2 de aigua<br />
6) una mica d&#8217;oli i sal</p>
<p>Procediment:</p>
<p>S&#8217;omple l&#8217;olla amb l&#8217;aigua, es netejen les verdures i es posen dins l&#8217;olla pelats. Es poden tallar una mica, perquè no siguin tan grans.<br />
Es posa la ala de pollastre, i es tira una mica de sal i oli.<br />
Es deixa bullir tot junt, 1 hora aprox.<br />
Es retiren els aliments amb 1 colador.. i ja tens el caldo fet.<br />
Ara amb el caldo pots bullir-ne una mica amb pasta de fideu fi per fer-ne un caldo més alimentós. (4 minuts)<br />
La resta de caldo pots congelar-ho o reservar-lo.</p>
<p>Els aliments que han surtit de caldo, jo me&#8217;ls zampo amb oli i sal, i una mica de carn com a plat unic. (No em menjo ni la ala del pollo, ni algunes verdures rares, la resta sí).</p>

<p>Les vaig fer així:</p>
<p>Deixar reposar les llenties petitones (200gr), uns 30 minuts amb aigua freda.</p>
<p>Fregir 1 ceba tallada petitona, i una pastanaga.. Fregir un parell d&#8217;alls quan la ceba i la pastanaga ja estiguin fregidetes..</p>
<p>Fregir una mica uns tallets de xoriço, d&#8217;aquells que que són com botifarres, pero secot.</p>
<p>Afegir les llenties amb l&#8217;aigua escorreguda a la olla, i afegir una mica d&#8217;aigua i un pot de tomaquet fregit però suau. (Jo he afegit Heinz Tomato soup, pq estic a Anglaterra)&#8230;</p>
<p>Afegir totes les coses fregides a les llenties (ceba, pastanaga, xoriço, alls) i si no queda cobert per aigual, afegir aigua a l&#8217;olla.</p>
<p>Deixar que es faci uns 40-50 minuts a foc mitja. Anar provant.. per que no se&#8217;ns passi la cocció i quedi tot desintegrat.. jijij</p>
